Well as it says in the title, I’m Kirsty. Thank you for taking the time to get to know a little bit more about me.
I’m the only Scottish person on the Zero1Gaming team and no doubt the only one that enjoys eating the haggis monsters after I’ve caught them but I like to think the rest of the team don’t judge me on that … I hope! I study a HND course in IT at college during the week however I’m hoping I can get onto a course with more to do with gaming in the near future. I’m also fueled up daily on coffee containing minimal milk and hugs.
In my spare time when I’m not playing games and contributing to the site, I’m normally at my martial arts classes which I’ve recently become an orange tag belt in, that’s almost halfway to black belt so still a while to go although I do have a black belt in tea making and hugs. Going to the cinema, watching TV, moshing myself to near death at gigs and going out drinking is a few more things that I do to pass over free time that I have avilable to me. I have an unhealthy obsession with zombies, comic book superhero merchandise and a band called Paramore so you have been warned!
I enjoy pretty much all type of games including Action/Adventure, First-Person Shooters, RPG’s as well as many more. The Assassins Creed game series will always hold a dear place in my heart, such an excellent series of games in my view that I will never get bored of playing.
I hope that you know feel a little bit more informed about me now. Keep coming back to check out my posts and any feedback will be rewarded with cookies
Have a nice day!

With the WiiU already with us, the Playstation 4 having been announced a while ago and, by the time you read this, Microsoft being about to or having just announced the next Xbox unit, you can’t move around the gaming web [...]
Computer games, as much as any other medium, are mysterious things. They can stir our souls, hotwire our adrenaline glands or disappoint us to our core. For every person who plays a game there is a valid and varied opinion. It’s one of the things that make the subject of a game’s relative quality a [...]
Across every genre of entertainment there are specific titles or releases that become synonymous with failure, that in the eyes of fans and critics alike embody the worst that the genre has to offer. They become the universal butt of any joke in that medium, the yardstick against which every other poorly-received release is measured. [...]
Over recent years there has been a shift in the focus of the gaming industry towards online multiplayer as a gaming model. Indeed, the biggest sellers of this generation of titles have been primarily online competitive titles, such as Halo 4 & Call of Duty. Over this time there has developed a very distinct separation [...]
